The Awards are governed exclusively by the following criteria:
- Eligibility and Registration: Presently, the 50 Best Managed IT Companies Award is open only to firms located in the United Kingdom, Canada, or the United States. Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and IT Solution Providers (ITSPs) can obtain login credentials to complete the assessment by registering. Applicants are encouraged to answer as many questions and as truthfully as possible.
- Deadlines and Ceremonies: To be eligible for the North American awards (Canada and America) for the preceding year, applications must be submitted by January 15th, with the ceremony following in February. For the British awards, the assessment deadline is November 15th, and the ceremony occurs in December. Specific details regarding the gala and annual ceremonies are available on the ChannelNEXT website.
- Evaluation Process: An advanced AI algorithm generates scores for each response, and the top 50 national winners are identified based on their cumulative ratings. There are some manual reviews and scoring for items that cannot be automated at this time. By applying, you authorize the collection and evaluation of your business data for this scoring process.
- Awards and Promotion: Winners have a choice to attend the Awards Gala and Dinner in person to receive a physical award; otherwise, they will receive a digital notification and the official Award logo for marketing and communications. Award recipients also grant TechnoPlanet and its media partners the right to promote their company through online links and imagery. There is no cost to win this Award.
- Privacy and Disclosure: All collected data is handled with strict confidentiality. Applicants retain the right to request the total removal of their data, including offline backups, from the system at any time. Please note that information may be disclosed to government, regulatory, or law enforcement agencies if mandated by legal obligations (seems we had to include this statement).
